  • Easy direct communication with Dr. Sujansky via her personal cell phone after hours

  • Same day/ next day email communications including weekends and holidays

  • Limited practice size, which allows for more time with the doctor

  • Longer and more flexible appointments in which all health education issues and concerns can be addressed; such appointments include

    • A routine annual “Executive Physical"

      • Thorough review of your personal and family history, physical exam, and screening tests data

      • Follow-up communications that often helps guide health care decisions

      • Electrocardiograms (EKG’s)

      • State-of-the art evaluation of body composition with analysis of muscle vs fat mass in trunk and individual limbs. This allows for more individualized dietary and exercise counseling

      • Hearing and vision screening

      • Risk assessment for depression, falls and memory loss

    • Home visits for those who live within a 10 mile radius and who are unable to travel to the office; additional charges are due for patients who require home visit predominantly

    • Well-woman exams, including pap smears and referral for mammography

    • Travel medicine evaluation and routine immunizations

    • Preventative Health consultations in which Dr. Sujansky looks at each patient individually and evaluates what screening labs, radiology ( e.g. mammogram and bone density evaluation), or vaccinations are appropriate

    • In-office testing with urinalysis, rapid strep testing, tuberculosis screening, as appropriate
       

  • Expedited call-backs and same day/ next day appointment availability

  • Physician-level communication with other consulting specialists that will allow a timely resolutions of any arising concerns or issues

  • Enhanced communication with hospital physicians and staff that will help ensure a seamless transition between hospital and outpatient care
